VET pathway evidence

To meet the requirements of the VETRO process, students must demonstrate prior career planning/ relevant VET pathway evidence. (Aim to have at least 7.5 hours of evidence)

This could include;

  • relevant work experience/ part-time work, virtual work experience, volunteering
  • completed relevant skills cluster or short course
  • successful completion of a Year 10 or Stage 1 subject related to Creative Industries, Film or Multimedia (show reports and any relevant assignments)
  • portfolio of relevant student work
  • attendance at an Industry Immersion presentation
  • Screen and Media Taster Day participation (Come and Try day)
    (participation/attendance certificate evidence will be accepted)

This evidence will be required for the completion of Part A of the School Enrolled Students VET Referral online form to be completed by the student’s home school. This will then initiate the VETRO/LLN assessment process. https://providers.skills.sa.gov.au/school-student-referral-to-vet-form
