Screen & Media Application

Thank you for your interest in our Screen and Media course for 2025.

Once your home school has completed Part A of the School Enrolled Students VET Referral online form, https://providers.skills.sa.gov.au/school-student-referral-to-vet-form, to progress your application, please access the following forms and return to MSC.RTO479@schools.sa.edu.au.

1. 2025 RTO Student Enrolment Form, which includes;
– Department for Education Media Consent Form
– Department for Education (Skills SA) Participant Agreement Form – Student and parent to complete sign and return

2. Suitability Assessment Form – Student to complete and sign and return

3. We also require
A coloured copy of ONE of the below documents:
– Current driver’s licence or learner’s permit
– Current proof of age card (issued by Service SA)
– Current Australian passport in conjunction with evidence of residential address
– Current school student card issued by your school in conjunction with evidence of residential address if it is not identified in the school card (Check with your home school if unsure)

Once we have received all your forms, we will contact you or your school to make an appointment for a LLN assessment and enrolment interview.
