Who can enrol?
- Students 16 years and over
- Students and adults continuing with or returning to education
- Anyone seeking to complete SACE by enrolling in a vocational certificate course
- Students in other schools wanting to study one or more subjects at Marden
- Adults over the age of 21 years who want to complete their secondary education (SACE)
Lesson times
- Day subjects- 3 x 1 hr 55 minute blocks (Mon-Fri)
- Evening subjects – 1×3 hour block, 5.00-8.00 pm Wednesdays
Courses run for a full year (Stage 2) or a half year (Semester) for Stage 1 and some Stage 2 subjects.
Most subjects provide some flexibility and additional teacher support through a tutorial system
Lesson 1: 8.45am – 10.40am
Lesson 2: 11.00am – 12.55pm
Lesson 3: 1.35pm – 3.30pm
Tutorial for evening classes 4.30pm – 5.00pm
Evening Lesson: 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Fees
Marden Senior College is committed to ensuring that courses are financially accessible to students.
Our fees are consistent with the fee structure set for government schools.
Costs will vary depending on courses and subjects undertaken and whether students enrol full time or part time. However, as a guide:
Full year subjects $150
Semester $75
