Better Schools Funding

The DECD vision for public education is of a high performing system that improves the educational attainment and wellbeing of South Australia’s children and young people.  Using the Australian Government Better Schools Funding (BSF), the aim is to improve the education achievement of students. The BSF recognises the educational needs of students from educationally disadvantaged or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and their needs are given priority when making decisions on how to use the funding.
